Graham Atkinson  FRICS Partner Graham has worked for Jaggard Baker for nearly 20 years, including 15 years as a Partner with primary responsibility for running the Property Management Department, especially for commercial and industrial property owning clients. Graham is also a RICS registered Fixed Charge Receiver (and NARA member). Married with two children, Graham enjoys hill walking, especially in the Chilterns, Peak District and the Alps. Simon Harper  MRICS Partner Simon joined Jaggard Baker following the completion of his degree course at Nottingham Trent University in 1994. Now a Partner with the firm, Simon specialises in the areas of Asset Management and Investment Acquisition and Sales. Stuart Jaggard  FRICS Consultant With over 30 years experience in professional valuation work, property management, development, and project management Stuart formed Jaggard Baker in May 1984. As well as being a RICS registered Fixed Charge Receiver (and NARA member), in addition to the Partnership Management duties, Stuart now specialises in areas of Corporate Occupier and Investor Clients' requirements and the co-ordination of Legal, Building Surveying, Town Planning and Rating requirements. Stuart Rider  AssocRICS Stuart joined Jaggard Baker in 2009 and has over 10 years experience in commercial property, having worked both client-side and in private practice. Originally from Scotland, Stuart has dealt with commercial property throughout the United Kingdom and has an excellent knowledge of the Thames Valley property market. As an associate Member of RICS, Stuart undertakes the majority of commercial valuation work at Jaggard Baker, as well as dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and property management work. Steven Macdermott  MRICS Steven joined Jaggard Baker in 2006, having graduated from the University of Essex with a degree in Accountancy and Finance. Steven has subsequently undertaken a Post Graduate Diploma at the College of Estate Management in Surveying and recently passed his Assessment of Professional Competence to become a chartered surveyor. Steven is mainly involved in local agency, property management, rent reviews and lease renewals. In Steven's spare time he enjoys all sports, including football, rugby and wakeboarding. Greg Rowland  BSc(Hons) Greg joined Jaggard Baker in July 2008, having previously worked in residential agency for 4 years. Greg graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Real Estate Management in 2009 and is currently in his second year of training to become a Member of the RICS. Greg is involved in both residential and commercial property management. Greg is a keen golfer who enjoys skiing and football and is a supporter of Watford FC. Julie Tonelli Julie has recently been appointed our Residential Property Manager. Julie has over 20 years experience in Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management.
